Thickness and finishing
Coatings up to 0.05 mm can be deposited to the required size. For thicker coatings, grinding after plating is recommended to achieve a uniform, smooth surface. Thicker deposits are also possible on components not exposed to heavy impact or bending, depending on the component and its operating conditions.
Component restoration
Restoration of worn machine components: shafts, rollers, pistons and tools. Worn areas are selectively built up with hard chrome, reducing costs and extending component service life.
